@1ronMat Yeah, it's an employee motivation technique, giving them a title (vice president is very common, meaning that you're basically just part of some department and still report to your manager, like "VP or marketing"), supposedly makes employees feel more responsible and empowered. Though it gets absurd sometimes, like "senior stock manager" translating to "stacking boxes in a warehouse for min wage"
