true, but some cheats cant be turned off. when re-entering the codes to be de-activated, it just says code activated and the effect of the code stays until you restart or turn off the game.

o yes you can all you gooda do is enter the cheat again and will apear a message in the top of the screen saiyng cheat desactivated
