Condoms only work to prevent HIV transmission 83 percent of the time.That is why gay men almost all have HIV by the time their 30.

@FollowMyDamnedLaws Many of the founding fathers of this country were deists...they followed no organized religion. Religion didn't build this country; escaping religious persecution in Europe built this country. Need I go into the simple fact the entire foundation of the Constitution (the document that has stood as the governing body of this country since the late 18th century) is built around the 'separation of church and state'? So that has no place in your argument.
