you know final fantsy have some cool spells but my opnions says that nothing can top of planscape torments spells i think they orignaly created the word epic spell hehe

You obviously don't understand the properties of the spell. It does that damage per round, effectively shutting down spell casters.

Conflagration deals damage over time, not all at once.
